Returns & Exchanges

If For Some Reason You Didn’t Fall In Love With Your Purchase It’s All Good, Send It Back!

  • Returns and Exchanges are accepted up to 15 days from the day the package was delivered to the delivery address on the order invoice.  
  • The day of delivery is determined by tracking information provided by the shipping agent of the package, such as USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS.
  • All Returned & Exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all tags attached. West of Camden will determine condition of the item upon delivery.  Defective Exchange items must be brought to our attention before exchange.
  • Refunds are ONLY processed back to the original form of payment once your merchandise has been received.
  • West of Camden is NOT responsible for any items lost in transit during a return or exchange.  We do suggest adding tracking and insurance to your package to prevent possible shipping issues.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was completely ours.
  • Eyewear & Sunglasses must have no breaks, bends, fractures or scratches in order to be returned or exchanged and must have ALL original packaging. No exceptions.
  • All Sales Final on marked down items. If it’s on sale it’s final sale.

Returning Online Orders

If you are returning merchandise purchased on our website (WestofCamden.com), please use one of the following methods listed below.
Merchandise purchased inside our stores can ONLY be returned to a store location.

 

A) Return By Mail

Step #1
If you have a West of Camden account - Sign into your account (use link in header or footer of our website). Select View to the order you wish to return products from, then click the Return Products button located at the bottom right. You will be redirected to a product return page where you will need to indicate which product(s) will be returned. This an be done by specifying a number in the drop-down menu. Products you wish to keep, leave at zero (0).

If you do NOT have a West of Camden account - Please use one of 4 ways to contact us: via email ([email protected]), chat on our website, use our Contact Us form located on our Customer Support page ( http://bit.ly/wofcSupport ) or call one of our stores during regular business hours ( Store information page: http://www.westofcamden.com/service/west-of-camden-huntington-beach-at-pacific-city/ ). Make sure to have your number available, the email address you used to make the purchase, as well as the reason for you return or exchange.

Step #2
Our staff will review your return/exchange request and once approved will contact you regarding your choice of the following return shipping methods:

Use our prepaid return shipping label - Once approved by our staff you will receive an email with a USPS shipping label.  Affix the USPS shipping label to your package and be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label.  No postage is required, however, a $4.95 S&H charge will be deducted from your refund, unless the return was due to our fault (wrong item shipped or defective). Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur.

If you prefer to use your own carrier - Please use a traceable and insured shipping method. Please mail your return to the following address:

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed to the email used to make your purchase (be sure to check your spam folder).

West of Camden is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.  Please obtain a tracking number from your carrier for you records.

 

B) Return Online Purchase to Our Stores

Returns are complimentary at all our stores. The original packing list (invoice), order confirmation email and -  all tags are required for returns with NO Exceptions. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment ONLY.  For return attempts that do not have the confirmation email or original invoice a government-issued ID maybe used.  We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns without the original packing list (invoice).  Visit our store pages ( http://www.westofcamden.com/service/west-of-camden-huntington-beach-at-pacific-city/ ) for more information about our locations and hours.

 

Returning In-Store Purchased Merchandise

We cannot process store-bought returns though our website. Please return your items to any of our store locations. Our warehouse cannot process in-store purchased merchandise.

 

Refund Process

Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur.

A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment only, and will post approximately two days after the processing date depending on your banking institution. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card.

 

Exchange Process

-To make an exchange for the same item in a different size/color. 

If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, you will NOT be charged for reshipment of the item to you.  You will also NOT be charged the $4.95 shipping fee if you exchange your original item using our prepaid return shipping label.

-To make an exchange for a different item.

If you are making an exchange for a different item, an additional fee will be applied to your new order.

If the cost of your new item is less than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be credited the price difference, minus the applicable new shipping fee.

If the cost of your new item is more than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be charged the price difference, in addition to the applicable new shipping fee.

Please note a $4.95 shipping fee will also be charged to original method of payment if you make your exchange using our prepaid return shipping label.
